FAQ

Is acupuncture painful?

We use both Chinese needle and Japanese needle.
Japanese needle is very minute and you don’t feel anything. Our patients always say, “Did you poke already!?” The body tends to be insensitive when you don’t feel well, so you feel almost no pain.
You may feel something; however, it is a flow or existence of air, and not pain.

Is acupuncture covered by insurance?

These days, the effect of acupuncture is evaluated very high and many insurance companies cover acupuncture. We will check the coverage for you. Please call us.

What are acupuncture and Chinese medicine effective against?

Acupuncture and Chinese medicine are very effective against pain. Also, they work on autonomic imbalance, dizziness, buzzing in the ears, high blood pressure, gastrointestinal sickness, constipation, diarrhea, frequent urination, and etc.
